Female Cleaning Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff.
• Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Assign cleaning duties and ensure timely completion.
• Train new and existing staff on cleaning procedures and equipment use.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request reordering when necessary.
• Address and resolve staff or client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of staff performance, schedules, and maintenance issues.
• Liaise with management to report on progress and operational needs.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and ensure tools are used safely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cleaning: 3 years (Preferred)
