Job Title: Female Facial therapist and Sales Person
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Consultant/Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible mainly for facials and for providing expert advice on skincare, makeup, and beauty products to our clients. Your primary goal is to enhance our customers' natural beauty and boost their self-confidence through personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth skincare consultations and assess clients' skin type, tone, and concerns.
- Provide personalized recommendations on skincare routines, facial treatments, and beauty products based on individual needs.
- Demonstrate and apply a wide range of beauty products, including cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance items.
- Perform professional facials and skincare treatments with precision and expertise.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet sales targets and promote beauty products effectively to drive sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including product displays and demonstration areas.
- Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and the benefits of using specific products.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in performing facials and skincare treatments.
- Must be Female Arabic Speaker.
- Proven expertise in skincare analysis, facial treatments, and beauty product recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and their effects on different skin types.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Certification in esthetics or beauty therapy is a plus.
