Job Description – Hairstylist
We are looking for a skilled and creative Hairstylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair care and styling, up-to-date with the latest trends, and able to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, blow-drying, and treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Upsell salon services and retail products when appropriate.
- Work as part of a team to deliver an outstanding salon experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven work experience as a Hairstylist or similar role.
- Professional training/certification in hairdressing from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of different hair types, treatments, and styling techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and peak salon hours.
- A positive attitude and passion for the beauty industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
