We are looking for an experienced female Housekeeping Supervisor with a strong background in hotels and hospitality. The successful candidate will ensure that guest rooms, suites, and public areas are maintained to 5-star standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public spaces
- Assign tasks, prepare duty rosters, and monitor staff performance
- Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure standards are consistently met
- Train and coach room attendants on service quality, cleaning techniques, and guest interaction
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Work closely with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all times
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (English required)
- Knowledge of housekeeping management systems and hotel operating standards
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering luxury guest experiences
