Job Summary:
We are seeking a young and dynamic Female IT Business Development Executive with a strong IT background and proven experience in business development. The ideal candidate should have established connections with CIOs, CTOs, and IT departments and possess the ability to drive business growth through strategic client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads) in target companies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with technical teams to present and propose IT solutions to potential clients.
- Participate in industry networking events, conferences, and business meetings.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive business expansion.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM with sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand presence and lead generation efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong network and relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and digital transformation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and industry events if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in staff augmentation, IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or enterprise software sales.
- Familiarity with the UAE IT market and key industry players.
- Basic knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
