We are looking for a reliable and organized Philipino Office Administrator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative duties both in the office and in coordination with site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily follow-up on staff attendance at both the office and project sites
- Apply for site entry permits and ensure compliance with site access procedures
- Maintain well-organized records and documentation
- Monitor and track company vehicle usage and maintenance
- Assist in recruitment and hiring processes
- Manage employee annual leave, vacation schedules, and holiday announcements
- Ensure the office environment is clean, tidy, and presentable
- Communicate with suppliers and represent the company professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or HR roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information responsibly
- Fluency in English

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
