We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a structured approach to work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the corporate gifts, advertising, or events industry is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with both new and existing clients via calls, emails, and messages
- Calling both new and existing clients replying to emails, and messages answering customer queries and sourcing goods according to customer requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and efficiently source goods based on client requirements.
- Support the sales team in understanding client needs and processing orders.
- Coordinate closely with design and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain updated records of client communications, quotes, and orders.
- Assist in sales presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales and marketing activities.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
