We are looking for a Female Fitness Instructor / Trainer who is excellent at providing personal fitness training, group fitness training, classes, and on the gym floor support and coaching for all ages and skill levels.
You will receive a basic + PT commission.
- Achieve realistic monthly sales targets
- Achieve realistic target coaching sessions per week
- Professional, tidy and clean appearance
- Assess client’s current fitness level to develop personalised exercise programs and provide fitness counselling to achieve their targets
- Provide advice to clients on the correct way of exercising, including weightlifting, training machines, bikes, treadmills etc.
- Provide Personal Training to clients to help them set and achieve their goals and manage your PT time according to client needs
- Provide energetic / upbeat group fitness classes at various ability levels (e.g. Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, CrossFit, Cardio, Strength & Conditioning, Mind & Body, Dance, Martial Arts etc). Knowledge of any of these classes is an advantage.
- Promote a fun, exciting, upbeat and relaxing atmosphere for clients
- Ability to train both men and women
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients of all ages and career levels, management, VIPs and other

- Good communicator and attentive to clients' needs
- Hardworking and flexible
- Passionate about health, wellness and exercise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
