- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and SOPs for cleaning and catering services.
- Conduct routine audits and inspections across all sites (cleaning and catering) to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, HACCP, ISO, and food safety regulations.
- Monitor chemical usage, cleaning protocols, kitchen hygiene, and food handling procedures.
- Train supervisors and staff on quality assurance standards and best practices.
- Identify skill gaps and ensure continuous training on hygiene, sanitation, and customer service.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis for quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to management with recommendations for improvements.
- Support external audits and client inspections.
- Respond to client complaints regarding service quality and implement corrective measures.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement across operations and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with operations, kitchen staff, and site supervisors to ensure consistent service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, Environmental Health, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality control or hygiene management, preferably within cleaning and/or catering services in the UAE.
