Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and generate new property listings through strategic calling, networking, marketing initiatives and client referrals.
- Consistently represent both yourself and Houstetic Properties with professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Offer clients expert and tailored guidance throughout the buying and selling processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, comprehending their unique needs and delivering bespoke solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest market trends and provide informed, strategic advice to clients.
- Conduct property viewings, skilfully negotiate deals and facilitate successful transactions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams.
- Uphold and exceed the company’s high standards in client service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in Real Estate sales.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property market.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
