Role Overview
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a proactive and client-focused Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and list residential and commercial properties for sale and rent
- Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and negotiations
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
- Stay informed about Abu Dhabi’s real estate trends, regulations, and investment zones
- Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and client communications
- Collaborate with marketing to promote listings and generate leads
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are an advantage
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
