Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and motivated Female Client Sales and Service Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our customers and the bank, negotiating on their behalf to help settle or restructure their debts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads and customer calls (leads will be provided).
- Explain our debt management services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with potential customers and convince them to use our services.
- Understand customers’ financial situations and coordinate accordingly.
- Liaise with banks in the UAE to negotiate better terms or settlements for our clients.
- Work towards monthly targets and performance goals.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only (as per job requirement).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or financial services is a plus.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Must be target-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
