Job Description:
We are looking to hire a Female Security Guard to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, residents, and visitors by maintaining a visible presence, monitoring activities, and reporting any suspicious behavior.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or disturbance.
- Control access to the property and verify identification when required.
- Handle security incidents in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain security reports and daily logs.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and calls for assistance.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
Requirements:
- Female candidate only.
- Previous experience in security is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Physically fit and able to work shifts.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Benefits:
- Monthly salary of AED 2,200.
- Other benefits as per UAE labor law.
