Female Service Advisor
Location: Al Quoz, Dubai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and address their vehicle concerns professionally.
- Provide accurate details on recommended services, repair options, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with customers regarding repair status.
- Prepare repair orders, invoices, and process customer payments.
- Promote additional services and preventative maintenance where appropriate.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only (as per company hiring requirements).
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in customer service within the automotive industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for invoicing and scheduling.
- Customer-first attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
