We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Tele Sales Executive to join our fast-growing real estate team in Dubai. If you have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed — we want to hear from you!
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market (off-plan and secondary)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (both are mandatory)
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven
- Ability to handle clients and fix meetings over the phone
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting sales targets
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients
- Promote off-plan and ready property projects to interested buyers
- Schedule meetings and property viewings for the sales team
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads regularly
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
