- Inspect and assess yacht surfaces for damages and wear.
- Perform fiberglass repairs, including layup, lamination, and finishing.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers.
- Mix and apply fiberglass materials according to specifications.
- Execute high-quality painting and refinishing work on yacht exteriors and interiors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards throughout all processes.
- Keep accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and project progress.
