Job Description:
- Cabin preparation and detailing to a very high standard, setting tables, arranging flowers and cleaning all areas of the interior of the yacht.
- When guests or owners are on board you will serve food and drinks and looks after/ assist every needs of the guest on board.
- Maintain the interior cleaning and maintenance.
- Maintaining inventory levels of food and drinks, including ordering new supplies as needed
- Liaison with guests and service - meals and bartending
- Orchestrating guest activities
- Boat stowage for sea
- Assisting with lines and fenders on decks.
- Providing first aid and medical assistance to guests as needed
- Taking inventory of all food and beverage supplies on board the yacht at the start of each charter trip, and restocking supplies as needed throughout the trip.
- Helping with deck work including cleaning and polishing surfaces, scrubbing the hull, or organizing storage areas.
- Participating in safety drills, lifeboat training, and other emergency procedures.
- Greeting guests upon arrival and departure, as well as during social events onboard the yacht.
Qualifications:
- Previously Hospitality experience is needed.
- STCW certificate is required.
- With pleasing personality.
- Service orientated, energetic and a team player.
- Discretion, attention to detail, the ability to anticipate guest’s needs and adapt to all types of situations.
- Good communication and people skills and be able to deliver superb service with a smile.
- Should have great team spirit and be somebody who can keep calm in stressful situations.
