Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at ZTAG, you will be responsible for direct daily visits to companies and promoting our ZTAG Smart Business Card subscriptions to businesses and professionals across UAE. This is a performance-driven role with basic support allowance + high commission structure.
Responsibilities:
- Visit minimum 12 companies daily (300+ companies per month).
- Identify potential clients who can benefit from ZTAG.
- Reach out via phone, email, and direct client meetings.
- Present product demonstrations and explain the benefits of ZTAG.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Keep records of client visits and sales progress.
Compensation:
- Allowance: AED 1000 per month (travel/food support).
- Commission on Sales:
- Up to AED 5,000 revenue → 10%
- AED 5,001 – AED 10,000 revenue → 15%
- Above AED 10,000 revenue → 20%
- Unlimited earning potential (no cap on commission).
Requirements:
- Must be on Own Visa / Husband Visa / Family Visa (no company visa provided).
- Willing to do daily outdoor field visits.
- Previous sales experience preferred (tech/marketing advantage).
- Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Tamil a plus).
- Access to a computer, phone, and internet.

This is a commission-based freelance sales role. There is no fixed salary or visa provided. Candidates not willing to work on commission basis, please do not apply.
