Role Overview
We are seeking a Finance Manager with 9–10 years of experience to oversee all financial operations of EVS across the UAE. The role will cover financial planning, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management for all branches, ensuring consistent standards and controls across the group. The ideal candidate will bring strong Odoo ERP expertise and the ability to provide both strategic insights and hands-on management in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and consolidate financial operations for all EVS branches across the UAE.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning at group level.
- Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships for multiple branches.
- Ensure group-wide compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Establish unified financial policies, internal controls, and reporting standards across EVS.
- Provide group-level financial analysis and insights to support CEO and senior management in decision-making.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities for all entities.
- Supervise and mentor finance staff across UAE branches, ensuring efficiency and alignment.
- Leverage Odoo ERP to integrate and optimize accounting/reporting across all locations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are an advantage.
- 9–10 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (mandatory).
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus.
