We are looking for a qualified and experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to join our team in the home health care sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with external audit requirements
- Manage and file Corporate Tax (CPT) in accordance with UAE tax laws
- Handle VAT calculations, submissions, and compliance
- Prepare and report ICV (In-Country Value) documentation
- Develop and maintain clinical costing models specific to healthcare services
- Ensure financial processes meet healthcare accreditation standards
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of finance and accounting experience
- Experience in healthcare or home health care centers is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of corporate tax (CPT), external audits, VAT, ICV reporting, and clinical costing
- Familiarity with healthcare accreditation financial requirements
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED100.00 - AED150.00 per month
