The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. This role involves developing financial strategies, and ensuring the integrity of financial information. The Finance Manager works closely with senior management to make Board Presentations for monthly, quarterly review and support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance. The Finance Manager is also responsible to oversee the finance team based out of KSA for day to day finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Operational
- Manage the preparation of the 3-Year Plan, annual budget, forecasts, and monthly performance
- Implement and drive the financial processes and reporting for the business including Annual Budgets, and Forecasts
- Analyze the budget variance and operations performance and provide the Management with a timely analysis with recommended and corrective action plans
- Make presentations for Board meetings
- Driving Business review meetings with internal stakeholders
- Manage monthly MIS closing & consolidation with data accuracy, integrity and financial controls are in place
- Produce Business Case financial models for new investments and rental negotiations
- Support on driving strategic initiatives and alignment with business goals & objectives
- Capex and Pre-ops control for new store launch
- Analyses of revenue projections, costs and compare trends
- Responsibility for timely reporting to Franchisor and JV partner along with maintaining data integrity
- Responsible for Cash Flow forecasts and ensure funding within Forecast for Concept including Territories
- Monthly review of balance sheet with related schedules
- Lead the KSA finance team and manage day to day finance operations including audits and controls.
- Business Partnering
- Support and provide function heads with monthly reports, analysis, and findings to support the decision-making process, and follow-up on the actions needed
- Review of the KBI targets and achievement
- Partnering with Brands and all territories to drive business performance through risk mitigation
- Reporting
- Prepare a monthly financial performance presentation to internal stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc business analyses and financial modelling, proposing recommendations on planned future initiatives
- Develop detailed analysis for the budget to identify any potential risks or deviations concerns, ensuring compliance and alignment to Landmark group guidelines
- Support and Deliver periodic management presentation to corporate and board
- Leading Ad hoc reporting

Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant from ICAI
Experience:
- 8-10 yrs of post qualification experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in business planning, business partnering and analysis role
- Must be proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Preferably have worked in a restaurant industry
- Having working knowledge of Power BI tools will be an advantage
