The role:
- Complete bank and cash reconciliations and ensure all queries are actioned accordingly within correct timescales
- Receive, sort and process all Accounts Payable invoices, credit notes, payments, statements, company credit cards etc
- Ensure accuracy in coding of expenses/invoices
- Preparing payment schedules deal with supplier queries
- Maintain organised files of all account’s records
- Weekly Sales reconciliations
- Gross Profit reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts
- Perform other duties assigned by the Senior Management Accountant on an AdHoc basis
