Job Description:
Bin Saleh Travel LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Supervisor to join our Corporate Travel Management team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the finance team, overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong financial controls. The role requires close coordination with sales, operations, and external stakeholders to manage receivables and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day financial activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Handling BSP payments and reconciliation, ensuring IATA compliance.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and cash flow.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a travel agency finance role within the UAE.
- Proven experience in corporate travel finance operations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Thorough understanding of UAE travel industry practices, accounting standards, and client financial management.
