Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial reporting, balance sheet and P&L analysis, and be well-versed in IFRS standards. Prior experience in banking or financial institutions is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Perform in-depth analysis of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and performance reviews.
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing results, tracking KPIs, and identifying trends.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning, scenario modeling, and resource allocation.
- Support internal and external audit processes and ensure robust financial controls are in place.
- Conduct financial data governance and maintain accuracy in financial systems and processes.
- Assist with regulatory and compliance reporting specific to financial institutions.
- Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting through automation and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in financial reporting
- Experience in Balance sheet statement
- Strong understanding of IFRS and accounting principles.
