Job Vacancy: Finance Manager – Arabic Speaker with QuickBooks Experience
We are looking for a highly experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic-speaking professional with a strong background in financial management and hands-on expertise in QuickBooks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management role
- Proven experience using QuickBooks for financial reporting and accounting
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, budgeting, and taxation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company’s day-to-day financial operations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports using QuickBooks
- Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations
- Supervise accounting staff and review their work for accuracy
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
- Recommend strategies to improve financial health and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls
