- Proven experience as a finishing or joinery carpenter.
- Strong knowledge of wood properties, carpentry materials, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Attention to detail and precision in finishing work.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- High school diploma or technical/vocational certification in carpentry is preferred.
