Key Responsibilities:
- Cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials with precision, following technical drawings and design specifications
- Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, signage components, and custom display units
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and design documentation accurately
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workshop in line with health and safety guidelines
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in finishing carpentry, especially in advertising, signage, printing, or exhibition environments
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and construction plans
- Skilled in using various carpentry tools and woodworking equipment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality finishes and craftsmanship
- Physically fit and able to handle carpentry materials and tools
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on carpentry experience in a relevant industry
