Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced engineer for our Production Print Solutions division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and understanding finishing machines such as Intec, Rowe, and other industry-standard equipment.
- Provide technical advice to potential customers on post-printing finishing machines such as cutting, binding, and packaging machines.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Set up, install, and configure production print devices at customer sites in line with customer specifications
- Diagnose complex issues related to print quality, hardware, and software integration, and provide effective resolutions.
Qualifications
- A degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
Additional Information
Skills & Professional Requirements:
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of post-printing finishing machines like INTEC and other finishing machines.
- Ability to provide initial technical support and resolve simple machine-related issues.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales or pre-sales.
Attributes and Behaviours:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
