Job Title: Fit-Out Draftsman

Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and growing interior fit-out and contracting company working on high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across the UAE. We are currently seeking a skilled Fit-Out Draftsman to join our technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery details, and coordination layouts for interior fit-out projects.
- Convert design concepts into working technical drawings using AutoCAD or other drafting software.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
- Prepare detailed as-built drawings after project completion.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local codes, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Revise and update drawings as required by design or site changes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–7 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out drafting (hospitality or high-end residential preferred).
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of joinery, MEP coordination, and material specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred: Mandatory Requirements
- Experience with luxury interior fit-out projects (hotels, villas, offices).
- Available to join immediately or on short notice.
