We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and driving sales growth through direct field sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field sales visits to potential and existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote company products/services.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Must have prior outdoor sales experience.
- Must possess a valid driving license (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven sales track record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
