Fit-Out Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager – FitOut & Joinery

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the UAE’s fit-out and joinery industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, established client relationships, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out and joinery sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Prepare and deliver client proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with design and estimation teams to ensure proposals align with client needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely project handovers and payment collection.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in the UAE fit-out/joinery industry.
• Strong network within the construction, interiors, and real estate sectors.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of interior design processes and materials.
• Understanding of project workflows in joinery and fit-out.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings is a plus.

Salary: AED 6000-AED 10000 + Benefits as per UAE labor law
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
