Responsible for the registration renewal of vehicles.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, servicing, fuel consumption, and compliance documentation (e.g., licenses, inspections, insurance).
Plan and schedule preventative maintenance and repairs to minimize vehicle downtime.
Interact with drivers and external service providers to resolve operational or mechanical issues promptly.
Prepare reports on fleet performance, incidents, utilization, and fuel efficiency.
Support accident/incident investigations and coordinate vehicle insurance claims as required.
Maintain communication with internal departments to meet transport and logistics needs.
