Operations Supervisor – Seven Riders Delivery Services (Sharjah, UAE)
Company Overview
Seven Riders Delivery Services is a Sharjah-based company providing reliable rider and fleet operations for leading delivery platforms like Talabat and Noon. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for Talabat and Noon riders
- Supervise rider attendance, shift schedules, and break times
- Follow up on late logins and operational queries from riders
- Manage onboarding, training, and rider documentation
- Coordinate with garages for fleet maintenance and repairs
- Monitor daily performance and prepare operational reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery or logistics operations
- Strong communication and team supervision skills
- Knowledge of delivery platforms and basic fleet coordination
- Based in the UAE (Sharjah preferred)
