Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including allocation of vehicles and scheduling drivers.
- Monitor and maintain vehicle records, registrations, and insurance.
- Plan preventive maintenance and ensure timely servicing and repairs.
- Track vehicle movements and optimize routes for efficiency.
- Supervise drivers, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws.
- Maintain records of fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and workshops for vehicle-related requirements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in fleet or logistics management.
- Proficiency in GPS tracking systems and MS Office tools.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (mandatory).
- Valid UAE Driving License (not mandatory)
