Position Title: Fleet Service & Repair Sales Executive

Role Summary
The Fleet Service & Repair Sales Executive owns the full sales cycle for MySyara’s network-based after-sales platform—prospecting, consultative pitching, contract negotiation, launch, and account expansion. You will secure multi-vehicle service agreements with logistics firms, corporate fleets, leasing companies, and government entities, positioning MySyara’s nationwide garage network (mechanical service, repairs, tyres, bodywork, detailing, and periodic maintenance) as a cost-saving, uptime-boosting alternative to fragmented workshop relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation
* Map the UAE fleet landscape (transport, delivery, rental, corporate) and keep a 90-day prospect list.
* Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, trade-show networking, and site visits to qualify leads.
Solution Selling
* Diagnose fleet pain points (downtime, multi-vendor complexity, cost-per-km, admin load).
* Build total-cost-of-ownership (TCO) models and craft proposals covering preventive service, tyres, repairs, paint & bodywork.
* Present to procurement, operations, and C-suite stakeholders.
Deal Closure & Contracting
* Structure pricing (per-vehicle bundles, menu pricing, SLAs for mechanical, tyre, body, and quick-service jobs).
* Drive legal and finance sign-off; collect compliance docs (insurance, RTA permits, ESMA).
* Hit or exceed monthly booking and revenue targets.
Account Launch & Growth
* Coordinate with Operations to assign preferred garages, schedule first inspections, and integrate telematics feeds.
* Conduct quarterly business reviews; upsell tyres, body repairs, detailing, and extended warranty plans.
* Maintain ≥90 % renewal rate on annual contracts.
Market Intelligence
* Track competitor garage chains, pricing, new fleet tenders, and regulatory changes (RTA periodic testing, safety recalls).
* Feed insights to Product, Ops, and Marketing for service-line optimisation.
Reporting
* Update CRM daily; maintain 95 % data hygiene.
* Submit weekly funnel, forecast, and activity reports to Head of Partnerships.

* New qualified fleet leads / month 40 +
* Vehicles contracted / month 500 + added to service roster
* Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) AED 300 k +
* Proposal-to-close conversion ≥25 %

Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or related) preferred.
Experience: 3 yrs in B2B automotive, fleet leasing, multi-brand workshop sales, tyre/body shop sales, or after-sales service within the GCC.
Licence: Valid UAE light-vehicle driving licence; willing to travel across all Emirates.
Technical: CRM & ERP (HubSpot/Salesforce), MS Office/Google Workspace; able to read P&L and maintenance cost sheets.
Languages: Fluent English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu an advantage.
Network: Existing contacts in courier, delivery, rental, or government fleet segments highly valued.

Base salary AED 8,000/ month (DOE).
Uncapped commission (monthly) + quarterly performance bonus.
