Job Profile:
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards for fleet operations.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement controls to mitigate risks.
- Provide training and coaching to drivers and fleet staff on HSE best practices.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, such as incidents, injuries, and vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a safety-first culture.
Requirements:
- Experience in HSE management, preferably in fleet operations.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as:
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Environmental Science
- Transportation Management
- Logistics
- Business Administration
Relevant certifications like:
- NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health)
- OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration)
- OSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health)
- Certificate in Fleet Management or HSE
- Experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, or a related field is often preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
