Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Fleet Supervisor to oversee our transport operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company vehicles, supervising drivers, ensuring timely maintenance, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily fleet operations and ensure all vehicles are in proper working condition.
- Visit client sites to monitor service quality and address operational issues.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Manage and monitor driver performance, schedules, and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, service history, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and legal requirements.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet supervision or transport operations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport regulations in UAE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and drivers.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve problems quickly.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
