Hiring for a Professional Security Flex Officer – Full Time/Part Time
Location covers: Edwardsville, Pontoon Beach, Granite City, and Sauget areas.
Rate: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Position Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a PERC Security Officer License in the State of Illinois.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record, required. (All our positions will include driver certification).
- Have reliable transportation (Many locations public transportation is NOT available).
- Have reliable working communication device (cell phone).
- Willing to participate in the Company's Security Officer pre-employment screening process, including drug screen (mouth swab and/or urinalyses are used) and background investigation.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED or be willing to complete the GED program within six months.
- Average to above average computer skills needed.
- Have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal and written communication.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
- Be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Have great attention to detail.
