We are seeking energetic and highly organized Floor Assistants to join the team for an exciting live sporting event. In this role, you will work closely with the Show Caller to ensure flawless execution of all live event elements on the ground. You will act as the Show Caller’s “eyes, ears, and voice” on the event floor, coordinating with MCs, cheerleaders, dancers, and other performers to ensure every cue is executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Show Caller by relaying cues to MCs, performers, and other talent.
- Ensure performers are in the right place at the right time for their segments.
- Manage on-the-ground needs such as retrieving missing props, locating people, and troubleshooting last-minute issues.
- Help maintain smooth transitions and timing during the event.
- Communicate effectively with other floor and stage crew members.
Requirements
- Experience in live events, sports, or stage productions preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Quick problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Energetic, reliable, and proactive attitude.
