Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Florist to join our flower shop in Sharjah. The florist will be responsible for designing floral arrangements, maintaining fresh stock, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires attention to detail, creativity, and knowledge of different flowers and arrangements suitable for various occasions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare floral arrangements, bouquets, and decorations for events and daily sales.
- Advise customers on flower selection, care, and arrangement ideas.
- Ensure flowers are fresh, well-watered, and properly stored.
- Manage inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
- Handle customer orders (in-store, phone, or online).
- Assist with deliveries and setup for events when required.
- Follow health and safety standards in handling plants and materials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or in a similar role preferred.
- Creativity and an eye for design.
- Good knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral care.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, weddings, etc.).
