Job Title: HSE Officer – Structural Steel
Location: ABU DHABI
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive HSE Officer with experience in the structural steel/fabrication industry to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily site operations to ensure HSE compliance.
- Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
- Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory HSE standards.
- Provide training and guidance to workers on safe practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HSE or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in structural steel/fabrication.
- NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations.
