Job Overview:
As a Florist at Petal Box, you will play a key role in crafting beautiful and unique floral arrangements for our clients. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for floral design will contribute to the success of our brand and leave a lasting impression on our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Floral Design: Create and arrange aesthetically pleasing and unique floral designs for a variety of occasions, including weddings, events, corporate functions, and everyday arrangements.
- Customer Consultation: Interact with clients to understand their preferences, themes, and requirements, providing expert advice and recommendations for floral selections.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage floral inventory, ensuring freshness and availability of a diverse range of flowers, plants, and accessories.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality in all floral arrangements, ensuring that they meet Petal Box's design standards and exceed customer expectations.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the floral design workspace clean, organized, and efficiently functioning. Ensure proper care of tools and equipment.
- Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on floral design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into creations, keeping Petal Box at the forefront of the industry.
- Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and courteously.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role.
- Creative flair, passion for floral design, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Excellent knowledge of various flowers, plants, and floral design techniques.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of trends in the floral and event design industry.
