Key Responsibilities
- Oversee facility operations: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping & security
- Supervise technicians and manage vendor performance (SLAs & KPIs)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety & statutory standards
- Monitor utilities and drive cost-saving initiatives
- Handle occupant requests and emergency responses
- Prepare reports and assist with facility budgets
Requirements
- Immediate joiner (mandatory)Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or Facilities Management
- 2–4 years of FM/building maintenance experience, with 2+ years in supervision
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, fire & safety, electrical, plumbing)
- Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
- Candidates available within UAE preferred.
