We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Foreman with over 10 years of working experience in Dubai to lead and supervise construction projects. The candidate will oversee site operations, manage teams, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Job Responsibilities (JR):
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor work progress and quality assurance across various project stages.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate project updates to the project manager/engineer.
- Plan resource allocation and manage materials on-site.
- Solve technical and operational issues on-site as they arise.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and DCD regulations.
- Train and mentor junior staff and labourers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of construction supervisory experience in Dubai/UAE.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and Dubai building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient in site documentation and reporting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
