We’re looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead on-site crews and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. You’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate tasks, and report to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site workers and subcontractors
- Ensure work follows plans, specs, and safety standards
- Track progress and report issues or delays
- Maintain site safety and enforce regulations
- Communicate with project managers and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years in construction with leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety practices
- Ability to read plans and blueprints
- Good communication and leadership skills
