Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Mason to join our construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality blockwork and plastering, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and safely in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute blockwork and plastering according to project specifications and technical drawings.
- Prepare and work with various materials, including bricks, blocks, and cement mixtures.
- Maintain accuracy and high standards of workmanship throughout all phases of construction.
- Collaborate with foremen, supervisors, and other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and in safe working condition.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain cleanliness at the worksite.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in blockwork and plastering.
- Proficiency in working with various masonry materials and construction techniques.
- Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Must hold valid work permits or visas applicable to Dubai.
