With multiple franchise branches across the region, we are committed to maintaining high standards of operations, customer service, and brand consistency. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Franchise Coordinator to oversee and support the day-to-day operations of our franchise branches.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with multiple franchise outlets to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor compliance with brand guidelines, operational procedures, and sales targets
- Support franchisees with stock management, promotions, and customer service strategies
- Conduct regular branch visits for performance reviews, audits, and training support
- Track and report on sales, footfall, and operational performance
- Act as the communication link between the head office and franchise branches
- Assist in launching new branches, including setup, training, and operational readiness
- Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and service quality
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Retail Shop Manager, Supervisor, or Franchise Coordinator
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple locations and travel within Abu Dhabi/UAE as needed
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Must be currently based in the UAE
