Your day to day
- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online channels.
- Assist guests in finding suitable accommodations based on their preferences and needs.
- Make reservations accurately and promptly while ensuring adherence to hotel policies.
- Address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints professionally and diplomatically.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of room availability, room types, and rates.
- Optimize room inventory by managing room blocks and ensuring maximum occupancy levels are achieved.
- Offer upselling and promotional opportunities to increase revenue and enhance guest experiences.
