- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Addressing workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and mediating disputes.
- Performance Management: Developing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and coaching employees.
- HR Policy Development and Implementation: Creating, updating, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
