We are looking for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in both Tagalog and English.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the HR department.
- Maintain and organize employee files and documents.
- Track attendance, leaves, and prepare monthly HR reports.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with job applicants.
- Assist with internal communication and basic reporting.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper filing of sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Tagalog and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Previous UAE experience is not required.
